Josh Miller
Josh Miller currently serves as the Director of Technical Training for Rainbow International, an international franchisor based in Waco, TX. Josh is part of the Technical Team responsible for technical training and support of all Rainbow International’s Franchise Business Owners. Josh is currently an RIA-approved Instructor for the Certified Restorer (CR), Fire Loss Specialist (FLS) and is one of the Lead Instructors for the Water Loss Specialist (WLS) course. He also is approved by the IICRC to teach the WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT and CCT courses. Over the past twenty years Josh has worked in all phases of the disaster restoration field. Starting as a water and cleaning technician in the field, he has also been a Project Manager, Estimator, Operations Manager, General Manager and a Consultant. Josh is a Certified Restorer (CR), Water Loss Specialist (WLS), Fire Loss Specialist (FLS), Contents Loss Specialist (CLS) and Certified Mold Professional (CMP) through the RIA. He is also a Master Water Restorer, Master Textile Cleaner and Master Fire and Smoke Restorer through the IICRC. Additionally, he is a Certified Structural Drying Supervisor (CSDS) through the ACAC and a Registered Third Party Evaluator (RTPE) through the International Dry Standard Organization (IDSO).
Lori Young, CR, CLS
Lori is a Certified Restorer, Contents Loss Specialist and holds an IICRC Master Certification in Fire and Smoke. She presents to numerous companies on the subject of contents restoration and emerging technologies within the industry.
With over 25 years experience, Lori remains in the day-to-day operations of evaluating, estimating and consulting on insurance claims which allow her to stay current with industry standards.
As a trainer, Lori specializes in contents estimating, Xactimate, division management, risk, liability and design. With today’s growing industry, designing your team for success is one of the industry’s largest challenges. Her work includes training and knowledge for insurance adjusters and the “what-to-do” with just about any situation you may run into while handling a contents loss.
She stays active with industry associations while serving as an author, instructor and committee member to emerging training and certifications.
